More than 450 MSP owners closed out three days in Jersey City with a live AI build day and a night that put the MSP industry on the New York Stock Exchange trading floor.
JERSEY CITY, NJ / ACCESS Newswire / August 11, 2026 / Build IT LIVE 2026, IT By Design's eighth annual conference, closed on August 5 at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City, bringing MSP leaders together to work through what it takes to build an AI-native business.

Day One's mainstage featured Kam and Sunny Kaila, joined by Zack Kass, former Head of Go-To-Market at OpenAI. On the show floor, IT By Design launched Digital Bench: Agent Hub, a governed workspace connecting an MSP's PSA, RMM, and CRM behind one set of AI agents, giving MSPs a single hub to run service delivery.
Day Two carried the conference forward with breakout sessions across AI & Future, Leadership, Operations, and Growth & Sales, giving owners a working room to take those first-day announcements and turn them into next steps.
Day Three's AI Accelerator split into two tracks. Track 1, worked through a governance-as-a-service GTM strategy followed by Gross Profit fundamentals. Track 2 covered AI as an enterprise-value question, IP ownership, liability and insurance, rewriting MSAs and SOWs for AI, and finished off with a 'how to' for aligning AI stacks across acquisitions.
The conference closed with a Great Gatsby-themed night on the New York Stock Exchange trading floor, marking the first time an MSP event has closed there.
